The Southern African Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA) is focused on promoting woman in the workplace – especially woman in finance. In 2016, CIBA appointed our first two female board members. We continue to motivate our female CIBA members to excel in their respective careers.
In a search for woman of excellence in the finance industry, we are awarding a CIBA woman of excellence with the CIBA Woman of the Year award. This award will be presented at our 2016 Accountancy Awards in November 2016.
