The support is limited to general legal advice related to labour, contracts, debt collection, directors duties and personal liability.

The helpline DOES NOT include or cover technical accounting or tax queries. Technical accounting or tax queries forms part of the Technical Direction and Tax Helpline support below.

This is an additional paid for service that CIBA members can purchase directly from LegalSense. Legal Assistance is an enhancement of the LegalHelpline. CIBA has obtained a significant discount for CIBA members. Login to your CIBA profile and complete the application form:

1. Accounting firm that is a sole proprieter with no employees:

   R 400 pm (Value: R 600 pm or R 7,200 pa)

2. Accounting firm that is a sole proprieter with no employees:

   R 600 pm (Value: R 800 pm or R 9,600 pa)
